Aerobic Room:

Cybex Room:
Features cybex vr-2 systems. Free weights up to 45 pound plates.  A non intimidating environment for people of all fitness levels. Resist balls and other equipment.

Free Weight Room:
Brand new cybex cable cross. Power racks, Leg lift stations, Dumbbells 3 lbs – 120 lbs appeals to all types

Cross Training Room:
Battle ropes, box jumps, power lift stations. Rogue equipment with bumper plates for Olympic lifts. New exercise bands for stretching and mobility.
