Core De Force Starting July 22!

The DISC is proud to be one of the only studios in the area offering Mommy and Me Yoga Sessions. Mommy and Me classes are a great way for new mothers to get back in shape while bonding with their child and a great way for toddlers and infants to interact with each other. It is recommended that children be less than 12 months old. Contact Linda at for more information regarding class times.

Boot Camp- $120/12 Sessions, $15/session for drop-ins.

Yoga and Piyo classes: $4/session for members; $10/session for non-members ($3 for members and $8.50 for non-members with discounted punch cards.

Personal training available by appointment @ $35/individual session.
