The DISC offers weekly classes for both Yoga and PIYO. PIYO is a low impact blend of Pilates and Yoga that helps to strengthen the core and enhance flexibility . Contact Linda via email at [email protected] or by phone at 218-348-0029 for more information regarding class times.

Yoga and Piyo classes: $4/session for members; $10/session for non-members ($3 for members and $8.50 for non-members with discounted punch cards.

Personal training available by appointment @ $35/individual session.
