The DISC offers yoga, yoga flow, Buti yoga sculpt, PiYo, Mommy and Me Yoga and Strength and Stretch Yoga. We also offer Boot Camps. The schedule for classes can be found on the Yoga/PiYo page or on the MindBody app.
The DISC has a separate room dedicated to cross fit training including equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, plyo boxes, rings, multi-functional racks, bosu balls and much more.
Strength and Conditioning.
The DISC offers Made By May funtional strength training for all ages taught by UMD Assistant Volleyball coach and former professional body builder Christyn May. We also offer boot camps and personal training.
The DISC's strength training area features 1600 sq. feet of free weights, Cybex weight machines and specialized equipment such as squat and Smith racks.
